Depending on the amount of time that you have available to sit down by yourself and practice the Soul Life Meditations, use the list below as a useful guide to see what each meditation is helpful for.

Practice any one meditation in a sitting and add others as you see fit. The Guided Progressive Relaxation and The Energising Breath are great ones to start with  as this is a good way to establish a good physical connection with your body and harmonising the body/mind connection.
